Sarah Cave

Dip. Counselling | MBACP | Adults and children

I am a fully qualified therapist offering counselling sessions to help support individuals and couples, with sessions taking place face to face in Cambridge or online.

I offer short term or long term counselling depending on the clients needs or preferences.

Working with couples and individuals, some of the range of issues I offer support with are relationships, anxiety, stress, and depression.

I work with a person-centred approach, providing empathy, non judgement, and unconditional positive regard for everyone, aiming to help empower individuals. I am able to incorporate other modalities into how we work together to tailor sessions to best suit client needs.

I believe it is the relationship between client and counsellor that is fundamental to the therapeutic process.

Challenges can arise at any point in our lives affecting us mentally, emotionally and physically, being able to share this and work through these difficult times, I can help facilitate the process, enabling you to reach your own solutions and becoming the best version of yourself.

A confidential and safe space in which to feel heard helps build trust providing the opportunity for deeper exploration.

Taking the first step, talking to someone can feel quite overwhelming, but the reward can often be life changing.
